This is a site-based role on a 2:1 roster, responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual milestones. This is a hands-on role supporting project delivery through schedule analysis, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking. What You'll Do Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including WBS, critical paths, milestones, and resource allocations Track schedule performance, identify variances, and implement mitigation strategies Produce regular progress reports, forecasts, and schedule analyses for leadership and clients Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to validate progress and manage risk Support cost control and earned value reporting, as well as delay analysis and EOT submissions About you: 5 years in project controls, planning, or project scheduling roles Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling Experience on large infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management Why Shadbolt: Join a leading Australian engineering and fabrication company delivering high-profile infrastructure projects.
